Load In Instructions
Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

Event Location
400 Union Square Drive
New Hope, PA 18938
Vendors can pull up to the front of the building to unload their items onto the sidewalk. PLEASE USE YOUR HAZARDS WHEN UNLOADING. A team member will watch your items while you park your car BEFORE loading into the venue. Parking is metered.
Load-In & Setup
- Load-in begins at 11:00 AM. Do not arrive earlier.
- If you arrive after 12:30 AM, you may be turned away from the event without a credit, refund or make up date.
- Setups must be complete by 1:00 PM sharp.
- Late arrivals will not be able to attend the market you will not receive credits or refunds.
Break Down & Load-Out
- Early break down is not allowed. Break down begins at 5:00 PM.
- You may cart your items out but you cannot pull up to the sidewalk to load out.
- If you need to leave earlier for an emergency, speak with the market manager.
- Be respectful of the venue: remove all trash and leave your space clean.
Space & Setup
- Vendor space: 8x6
- 6ft Tables table and chairs will be provided by the venue. Please bring a table cloth
- No tent is needed, venue will provide stand up umbrellas
Bathrooms 🚽
Bathrooms are located inside the brewery. Ask a team member for directions.
Selling Guidelines 💰
- You may only sell items that were pre-approved on your application.
- No electricity is available—charge your devices or bring a power bank.
- To request approval for new items, email team@asburyfresh.com
at least 2 days prior. - Selling unapproved products may result in removal from the event.
