Please review the load in instructions for your market date. These guidelines outline the procedures for arriving, parking, unloading your products, and setting up your booth safely and efficiently. Following these instructions will ensure a smooth and organized process for everyone involved.

For cancellations within 24 hours of a market date please text us at 732-481-4691 with your name, business name and date/dates you need to cancel. Market Managers DO NOT receive emails when they are on site. Vendors who do not adhere to our cancellation policy, will not be booked for future dates. Please add this phone number to your contacts to avoid this outcome.
Please be aware that all of our markets are held RAIN OR SHINE! We cannot offer rescheduling or refunds for last-minute cancellations.

Once you have arrived at 910 Oceanport Way Fresh Markets staff will direct you to your space. You will be able to pull your vehicle up directly to your space to unload.
Please unload your car quickly, you will then move your car to the parking area. Fresh Markets staff will direct you to the parking area.
Load-In & Setup
Load in begins 11am sharp.
Please do not enter the site until 11am. Load in is between 11AM- 12PM. Late arrivals will not be refunded/rescheduled and will not be allowed entry.
Important Note About Vehicles. While load in is from 11AM - 12PM. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE MOVED OFF THE EVENT SITE BY 12PM. We ask that you first unload, then park, then set up your booth. It is essential that vendor setups are fully completed by the market's starting time, which is 1PM.
Important Reminder:
This event held on pavement, stakes will not be useful. Please have at least 80 pounds of weight to hold your tent down. If you don't secure your tent with appropriate weights, you'll be required to leave without a refund. Event attendees and other vendors could be endangered by a tent that is not properly secured.
Break Down at the End of the Day
Early breakdown is not permitted. Breakdown starts at 5pm, and you must be fully packed and ready to leave by 6pm. We aim to minimize the duration the venue staff needs to remain on-site. Please be mindful of the time and ensure a swift departure.
Please be respectful of the grounds and be sure to remove any trash in your area as you are loading out. DO NOT stuff the venues trash cans with broken down cardboard etc..
It’s a long day, we get it. But if you ever find yourself tired or bored, take some time to walk around and meet your fellow vendors! You never know what kind of connections or friendships you’ll make here. At Fresh Markets — it’s all about community!
Attention FOOD/DRINK vendors: Approval by the Board of Health for 2025 is mandatory before your market date. BOH information for all of our current markets is located in your vendor dashboard.All vendors are responsible for bringing entire set up. 10x10 is max tent size (unless special arrangements have been made with the market manager). If your setup requires additional space, please contact us and we will attempt to make it happen.
It doesn’t matter what the weather is…Weights are not optional; they are a requirement. Failure to follow these safety measures will result in being asked to leave the event without a refund. This strict protocol is in place to safeguard not only yourselves but also your fellow vendors and the attendees. It cannot be stressed enough: having just 5/10 pounds of weight per tent leg is insufficient, 40 pounds will not hold your tent down with wind gusts up to 15mph or more. Please have at least 80 pounds of weight to hold your tent down.
We care about your well-being and want you to have an enjoyable day at the event. That's why we're being persistent in emphasizing these guidelines.
Making Sales
Creating a well-balanced market is a very delicate task, and it’s one we take seriously! You may only sell what you have been pre-approved to sell.
Always be prepared to resort to offline payment methods at outdoor markets. We strongly advise you to set up alternative payment systems and test it out before arriving on site. Additionally, ensure you have sufficient cash on hand to provide change for large bills throughout the day. Please keep in mind that there is no electricity available so please make sure your devices are fully charged or plan on bringing a portable charger with you to the venue. Bathrooms are close to the market site. Ask a team member to point out the location.
If you’re looking to sell new items that were not initially included on your application, email team@asburyfresh.com AT LEAST TWO DAYS BEFORE to see about getting approval on your new products. Without explicit permission, we can’t allow you to sell any new items. If we find out that’s been happening, you may be asked to leave! 😬
