2025 Red Bank Oktoberfest
This one-day, family-friendly event will take place on Saturday October 11 from 1PM to 5PM in the large plaza and parking lots between Triumph Brewing and the Two River Theater in Downtown Red Bank. The rain date is Saturday Oct 18.

Red Bank Food Vendor Application Process
In Red Bank all food vendors must apply through both The Monmouth County Board of Health and The Borough of Red Bank
Please complete the following applications in this order
First: Apply to The Monmouth County Board Of Health.
- For this market only, applications will be collected by Fresh Markets and submitted to The Board of Health.
- After submission The Board of Health will reach back out to you directly.
Second: Apply for a Food License from the Borough of Red Bank
- For single market food vendors The Borough of Red Bank requires a fee of $100 per market. Please complete the application, submit with latest sanitary inspection report and payment to The Borough of Red Bank
