This one-day, family-friendly event will take place on Saturday October 11 from 1PM to 5PM in the large plaza and parking lots between Triumph Brewing and the Two River Theater in Downtown Red Bank.  The rain date is Saturday Oct 18.

Weather Policy 🌧️
Please note: this event has a rain date of Saturday, October 18th.
The decision to postpone or cancel due to weather will be made by the Red Bank River Center. If you are unable to attend on the rain date, no refunds, credits, or alternate dates will be issued for your absence.

Load-In & Setup
  • Load-in begins at 10:30 AM. Do not arrive earlier.
  • Vendors may drive up to their assigned spot to unload. Please unload quickly, move your vehicle to public street parking or the train station lot, and then return to set up.
  • All vehicles must be out of the event area by 12:00 PM.
  • If you arrive after 11:30 AM, you must park off-site and hand-carry items to your spot. No cars will be allowed in after 12:00 PM.
  • Setups must be complete by 1:00 PM sharp.
  • Late arrivals will not be able to attend the market you will not receive credits or refunds.

Break Down & Load-Out
  • Early break down is not allowed. Break down begins at 5:00 PM.
  • You may cart your items out but cars may re-enter the grounds to load out starting at 6:00 PM.
  • If you need to leave earlier for an emergency, speak with the market manager. Please note: you will need to load out by hand—no vehicles permitted until 6:00 PM.
  • Be respectful of the venue: remove all trash and leave your space clean.

Space & Setup
  • Standard vendor space: 10x10 (unless special arrangements have been made).
  • Vendors must bring their full setup.
  • Tent weights are mandatory.
    • Minimum: 100 lbs total (25 lbs per leg).
    • More is encouraged, as wind gusts can exceed 15 mph.
    • Use bungees, heavy carts, or sandbags to secure your tent.
  • Vendors without proper weights will be asked to leave without refund.

Bathrooms đźš˝
Bathrooms are located close to the market area. Ask a team member for directions.
Selling Guidelines đź’°
  • You may only sell items that were pre-approved on your application.
  • No electricity is available—charge your devices or bring a power bank.
  • To request approval for new items, email team@asburyfresh.com
    at least 2 days prior.
  • Selling unapproved products may result in removal from the event.
